Tolerations Exercise

The flip side of supernatural support are things or people that do not support our progress. Often called "tolerations" -- these are behaviors or things that we put up with even though they are not supporting our discovery process. Examples include a friend that always says something to discourage us or something in our work environment that causes us to lose energy and become unfocused. Bottom line -- we want less of it.
