This combination of common challenges and diversity of solutions is unique and powerful — especially when a certified coach is facilitating the process.

3. Real-time, Real-world Solutions
We all want a highly personalized learning experience. We need real time, real world solutions that are designed for us to be successful. That’s why we continually monitor our journal entries to suggest highly relevant content and connections between coaches, mentors and peer groups.
The most visible and exciting example of this process is the “Issue Processing” sessions of our peer group meetings where a coach asks a member to bring a very specific issue to the table for everyone to learn from. The act of clarifying the problem and generating a wide range of solutions helps accelerate the learning of all members — filling up white boards with potential solutions.

Most importantly, our business model is aligned with the success of our members. Our vision has always been to create a personalized learning experience that is funded based on the revenue/income of the members. We offer 5 different membership options based on revenue — with students and startups paying as little as $25 per month for the coaching app and CEOs of larger companies paying up to $750 per month to belong to a peer group. The more results, growth and value we create, the more financially successful the member — a virtuous business cycle.
Unlike most business accelerators, we do not require equity shares. Unlike most Internet sites, we do not accept advertising.
