Goals Exercise

Goals are very specific outcomes that are often part of the vision we want to create. The best goals are "SMART" goals which means they are Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Time-based. Examples include: "being able to retire at 55" or "owning a second home at the beach within 10 years" or "getting a Master's degree at nite within 3 years."
