Core Values

The 5 core values of NextLEVL are honesty, humility, creativity, resiliency and generosity.

Honesty

Everything starts with honesty — it’s the foundation of all relationships and learning. Being honest and committed to the truth about ourselves and the world around us is the cornerstone of our growth.

Humility

Projecting a bold, confident vision is not incompatible with being a humble, servant leader. Having a “beginner’s mind” to be open to new information and growth is needed if we are to learn from our experience.

Creativity

Creativity means making something out of nothing — finding a way to use our constraints to solve a problem. We all have time, money and resource constraints that are less obstacles than keys to moving forward. Without constraints, there is no need for creativity.

Resiliency

Failure is part of any creative growth process. Learning from repeated failure requires a persistence and grit that bends but never breaks — like a strong tree in the wind. Resiliency is the capacity to learn, adapt, and never stop growing.

Generosity

Anyone that has persevered and overcome a challenge has a natural desire to share their story, wisdom and advice with others. Giving before getting is part of all creative growth.
